Meet the Team
Knowledgeable and dedicated, our firm is here to help you through the immigration process.
Rance Stein is an award-winning immigration attorney with over 36 years of experience in the field.
Aside from his work as an immigration attorney, Rance is a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He understands the value of family and that pours over into the immigration work he does to bring together families from all across the world.
Rance is a businessman, starting up his own business in June of 2022, after years of working as a primary decision-maker and leader at a firm. He understands what it means to pour so much of your life into a business. The perspective that these experiences have given him make him a valuable resource for clients who have or wish to start a business in the U.S.
Rance’s expertise and experience does not stop at family and business. In fact, he has worked with clients from across the globe, helping them attain visas, work authorization, permanent residency, naturalization, relief from deportation and removal, asylum, and more.
Paula Stein, the wife of Rance Stein, joined the team when Stein Immigration Law Firm opened their doors in June, 2022. She serves in the capacity of Office Administrator. Her favorite thing as Office Administrator is greeting clients as they come in and making them feel welcomed.
A few other duties she manages include social media, office décor designer, and health and wellness coach for our staff. Paula came out of retirement to be her husband’s helpmate in getting the Firm established.
Paula is a retired Elementary School Teacher of 25 years. She also had a wedding décor business, PS Wedding Designs for 10 years. Now, her favorite past time is spending quality time with her two precious grandbabies, whether it’s via FaceTime or hopping on an airplane to go see them.
